Community Inclusion Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Education, or a related field is often required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working
  • Experience in community outreach, program development, and case management is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed for community events or meetings.
  • Ability to identify challenges and develop creative solutions to promote community inclusion.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations, including clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Should be 21 years old or older.

     

    Job Pay: $20-22/hr.

  • Shift Schedules Available:

    • 8-hour shift
    • Overtime
    • Weekends when needed
    • Overnight
    • Evenings
    • During holidays
